摘要
在心力衰竭发生和演变过程中心,心肌细胞膜的损伤程度起重要作用,以往的研究证实,镧离子可作为心肌通透性的示踪元素,本文应用镧探针对四种不同心功能心脏病人及健康人活检心肌的通透性进行对比性研究,发现镧颗粒以不同程度渗透进入心肌细胞膜,肌原纤维及接近肌膜的线粒体,它们的通透程度与心功能状态一致,提示这些改变对了解心力衰竭的机制十分重要.
Alteration of cardiac cell membrane integrity may play an impotent role in the development and evolution of heart failure. In present primary study, used lanthanum nitrate as a tracer, the permeability of myocardial cells in specimens from biopsies in four kinds of heart patients within different function state and a healthy control were observed. The results showed that in heart patients, lanthanum particles penetrated the cardiac cell membrane in varying degrees and distributed within myofibril, mitochondria near subsarcolemma. The degrees of cardiac cell membrane and mitochondria penetrated by lanthanum salt were correlated with heart function state. It was suggested that the changes were significant in learning mechanisms of myocardial cell failure.
