4-甲基儿茶酚:一种神经生长因子诱导物对老龄鼠学习记忆功能的影响

摘要 目的:观察外周应用4-MC对老龄鼠学习、记忆功能的影响,以期对4-MC能否促进中枢神经系统内源性NGF的产生,并进而通过NGF改善老龄鼠的脑功能做进一步的研究.方法:10g/kg体重小鼠腹腔内注射给药,对照组10 mmol/L的维生素 C溶液等量,用药1周后行Morris水迷宫训练,连续7d,第15天进行一次水迷宫测试,记录其逃生时间.考查空间定位的学习和记忆能力.结果:实验结果证实了外周应用4-MC小鼠空间定位的学习记忆能力明显优于对照组(P<0.05).提示:4-MC是一种有前途的,值得深。研究的有促智潜能的药物. Objective: In other to demonstrate whether 4-MC can make CNS synthesize endogenous NGF,and whether the function of the ban can be improve by endogenous NGF, we monitored the learning and memory function of old mice treated by 4-MC. Methods: mice,10g/kg ip. the control subjects were treated by 10mmol/L vitamin C solution in same dosage, After a week, a Morris water-maze exercise was given and repeated in the following seven days. The test has teen taken by the fifth day. The flee time. the spatial learning and memory function were recorded. Results: Compared with the control subjects, the learning and memory function of mice heated by 4-MC were much better (p<0.05). Summary:4-MC is a promising medicine,Which can improve the function of the brain.
