成人still病15例临床分析并文献复习

Clinical analysis of 15 cases with adult-onset still's disease and review of literatures

目的分析成人still病的临床特点、实验室检查结果、治疗方法及预后,提高对该病的认识。方法回顾性分析我科自2008年到2012年共收治的成人still病15例的临床表现、实验室检查结果。结果发热、皮疹、关节酸痛是成人still的主要临床表现,非甾体类消炎镇痛药物及糖皮质激素或/(和)免疫抑制剂是有效的治疗方法。结论成人Still病临床表现多样,临床多以发热、皮疹、关节症状为主要表现,实验室检查缺乏特异性,诊断需除外其他导致发热的疾病,多数患者对糖皮质激素反应良好,部分患者需要同时加用免疫抑制剂或生物制剂。

Objective To analysis the clinical characteristics,laboratory test results,treatments and prognosis of adult-onset still＇s disease（AOSD）,in order to increasing the awareness of this disease.Methods The clinical characteristics and related laboratory test results of 15 cases with AOSD in my department from 2008～2012 were analyzed and summaried.Results Fever,rash and arthralgia were the main clinical manifestations,Non-steroid anti-inflammatory drugs（NSAIDs） and glugcocorticoid and/or immunosuppressor were effective measures of treatment.Conclusion Adult-onset Still＇s Disease（AOSD） is a disease with veried characteristics,the main clinical symptoms are fever rash and arthralgia,the laboratory test results are non-specifical,It is diagnosed with the exclusion of other diseases which could cause fever,most patients respond well to the glugcocorticoid,some of them need immunosuppressant or biological agents as well.
