摘要
目的分析研究康妇消炎栓联合抗生素治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床效果。方法将我院收治的56例慢性盆腔炎患者随机分为观察组和对照组各28例,对照组采用抗生素治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用康妇消炎栓治疗,分析两组的治疗效果及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组总有效率为92.86%,对照组总有效率为78.57%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论康妇消炎栓联合抗生素治疗慢性盆腔炎,疗效显著,优于单纯抗生素治疗,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To study the clinical effect of kangfu antiphlogwastic bolt and antibiotics treatment chronic inflammation of pelvic infection.Methods All 56 cases chronic pelvic inflammation patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The control group used antibiotic therapy,the observation group added kangfu antiphlogwastic bolt treatment.Results The difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）.Conclusion Kangfute is anti-inflammatory bolt and antibiotic treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease,a significant effect,is superior to simple antibiotic treatment worthy of clinical application.
