Study on weldability of high strength cast aluminium alloy

ＺＬ－１０７Ａ铸造铝合金是Ａｌ－Ｓｉ－Ｃｕ系铸造高强铝合金·经Ｔ_Ｓ状态热处理后强度可达σ_ｂ＝４２０～ ４７０ＭＰａ．在制造大型、高强、复杂关键的工程结构出现缺陷时需要补焊．其焊缝亦要求和母材等强 度．因ＺＬ－１０７Ａ系在ＺＬ－１０７基础上通过添加多元微量元素合金化而成，对ＺＬ－１０７Ａ铸造合金的成 分、组织、性能及焊接工艺进行了研究．

ZL-107A cast aluminium alloy is a high strength aluminium alloy with the Al-Si-Cu alloy system. After a heat treatment at the T_s, temperature its σ_b can reach 420 - 470 MPa. Sometimes, the cast defects on large, high strength and complex machinery need repairing by edding, and the weld strength must be the same as the welded metal. As the ZL-107 A alloy is a new type aluminium alloy by adding some alloy elements on the basis of ZL-107 aluminium alloy, its weldability need to be judged by the welding tests.
