摘要
根据在一定波长下,溶液中某一种物质的浓度与光吸收效应互成比例的原理研制了一台 数字化分光光度计.该仪器体积小、结构简单、成本低、性能可靠.采取手段为:标准化、模块化.提 高了测量精度和效率,实现了测量数字化和自动化.
On the basis of the principium that the effect of light absorption is proposional to the concen tration of some substance in the solution under the certain wave length, We develope a kind of digital spectropho tometer. The nstrument is of reliable, small in size, lower in cost, and simple in structure. The standard ized and modulized instrument promote the efficiency and make the measure more accurate, and achieve the digital measure and automation.
