摘要
将光固化树脂代替热固化树脂作为结合剂 ,利用快速成型原理实现了砂轮的快速制造。通过复合二氧化硅微粒 ,大大改善了光固化树脂砂轮的机械性能。研究结果表明 ,数十秒钟就可以完成超薄型切割砂轮的固化工艺和磨削砂轮的分层固化工艺。用所试制的砂轮对硅材料的加工表明 。
Applying a photopolymer resin instead of thermopolymer resin as a bonding material,a rapid manufacturing of grinding wheel is realized on the basis of rapid prototyping.The new grinding wheel could be enhanced by compounded with silica powder.The research shows a thin dicing blade could be solidified within tens of second or a grinding wheel within several minutes.A series of grinding and dicing experiments on silicon indicate that the photopolymer resin grinding wheel has the same ability of working precision as the thermopolymer resin grinding wheel.
