学校系统“训练网”层级衔接关系研究

为了提高学校系统"训练网"的培养效益,根据学校系统竞技体育培养的现状,基于协同视角,采用探索性因子分析的方法,对我国学校系统"训练网"层级建设中出现的问题,及解决路径进行研究。结果表明:学校系统把精力和财力大多放在高校层次上,忽视中低梯队的建设;梯队建设纵向衔接断层,运动员培养实践操作缺乏长远发展规划,训练计划随意性较大,各层级运动员的培养还处在单兵作战或者自发状态。因此,不可避免地会产生培养效率低下以及其他问题。本文通过李克特10级量表,采用因子分析的方法,对解决路径进行分析讨论,并对"训练网"层级的优化提出相关的建议。

In order to improve the effects of school system training net, this paper discussed school system training nets relations of hierarchy using exploratory factor analysis and based on the synergistic theory. The results showed that the system of education focus on university level and give these schools more energy and financial suuport, but ignore the low and medium hierarchy. The construction of vertical hierarchy faults, the system is lack of long-term planning to the practical operation athletes and training programs is arbitrary, at all levels is still in a voluntary conditions, therefore, inevitably be produced low training efficient. In this issue, used the Likert 10 scale by using factor analysis method, the solution paths are discussed, and some suggestions are proposed.
