Performance Assessment of Individual Sport Association Based on Fuzzy Theory

借助模糊理论、利益相关者理论,从基础绩效、运营绩效、服务绩效、财务绩效和战略绩效等5个维度构建单项体育协会绩效评价的指标体系,建立我国单项体育协会绩效评价综合分值的计算模型,实现对单项体育协会绩效的综合评判,既利于协会自评,又可以满足主管部门测评。

According to the general rules concerning stakeholder theory, the paper used fuzzy theory to establish index system for performance assessment of individual sport association from five aspects, fundamental performance, operation performance, service performance, financial performance and strategy performance, and thence establish the computation model for integrated score of performance assessment of individual sport association in China to realize make comprehensive evaluation on performance of individual sport association, which is not only beneficial for self-assessment, but also meets the demand on assessment on competent department.
