摘要
高校学报的作用与其地位相辅相成,只有真正居其位才能发挥积极的作用,而有所为才能有其位。所以,学校重视是办好学报的关键,学术质量是支撑高校学报地位的内力,无论是巩固学报在高校办学中的地位还是进行报刊编辑部体制改革,都应树立正确的办刊观念,处理好地位与作用的关系,强化服务意识,提高学术质量,服务于教学与科研。
The status of university journal and its function complement each other. Only in right position can the journal play a positive role, and only with achievement can it have its position. Therefore, the university＇s serious attention is the key to the well running of the journal and its academic quality is the internal force of its status. Whether we aim to consolidate the journal＇s status in academic teaching or to reform the editorial department system, we should establish a correct running concept, manipulate the relation of status and function, aggrandize service consciousness, enhance its academic oualitv and serve well the teaehinz and ~,-i^ntiflr r,~,~~,-,.h
