SPHC钢精炼工艺路线优化设计

摘要 本论文针对重钢开发低碳低硅钢SPHC系列,按冶炼过程的技术分析、工艺过程控制要求,进行了生产试制。通过对比可知,RH精炼工艺路线比LF精炼工艺路线节约26.03元/t,且夹杂物尺寸集中分布在10μm左右,主要是硅铝酸盐、A1203等类夹杂物,经表面和物理性能检验,表面和内部质量良好,符合有关标准要求。表明“高炉铁水(脱硫铁水)、废钢→转炉冶炼→合金化→CAS→(RH)精炼→板坯连铸→铸坯直送或热送或火焰清理→钢板厂轧制”的工艺路线是合理的、可行的、经济的。 In this paper, it is researched the smelting process and technical process of low carbon and low silicon steel such as SPHC series. Considered LF refining process route, RH refining process can save 26.03 yuan per ton steel. And the size of inclusions are about 10 μ m. From steelmaking to continuous casting, the results indicate the composition control is reasonable and the surface and internal quality is good according to rolling into different specifications of the steel plate thickness developed to organize the production requirements as planned respectively, process parameters of accord with the request. The route which is through hot blast furnace→desulfurization→ CAS→(LF/RH) refining→ continuous casting→ hot delivery Droves the process is feasible.
