摘要
针对超临界机组燃水比失配引起主蒸汽温度大范围波动的缺陷,提出二级主蒸汽温度采用模糊比例积分(proportional plus integral,PI)控制策略。控制系统主调节器仍采用传统的PI调节,副调节器采用模糊控制器。试验结果表明,用模糊PI控制器控制主蒸汽温度可以迅速适应负荷的变化,减小蒸汽温度的大幅波动,从而改善主蒸汽温度调节对象的动态特性。
Aiming at defect of extensive fluctuation of main steam temperature caused by maladjustment of ratio of fuel to water of supercritical unit, this paper proposes to adopt fuzzy proportion integral control strategy for secondary main steam temperature. The main regulator of control system still uses traditional PI adjustment while the assistant regulator uses fuzzy controller. The testing result shows that it is able to adapt change of load rapidly by using fuzzy-PI controller to control main steam temperature and reduce extensive fluctuation of steam temperature, thereby to improve dynamic characteristic of con- trolled object of the main steam temperature.
