维生素E联合胎盘片治疗PCO、高雄激素血症和PCOS的疗效观察

Effect of vitamine E and placenta tablets on PCO,hyperandrogenism and PCOS in women

目的探索有利于优生的治疗多囊卵巢(PCO)、高雄激素血症、多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)的方法。方法以维生素E片联合胎盘片(人胎盘片或胚宝)药物治疗,结合生活调理,如规律生活、劳逸结合、精神放松等。共治疗115例次,有效回访63例次,治疗时间15 d至3个月为1个观察周期,然后评判治疗效果。结果 63例次中,有效62例次,总有效率达98.4%,其中怀孕40例次。结论维生素E联合胎盘片,结合生活调理治疗PCO、高雄激素血症、PCOS,是一种对胎儿、母体安全、有效的方法,无需停药间隔即可妊娠。本方法尤其适用于对优生有强烈要求的患者和家庭。

Objective To explore an optimal manner for treatment of polycystic ovary（PCO）,hyperandrogensm and polycystic ovarian syndrome（PCOS） in women.Methods Vitamine E and placenta tablets,such as human placenta slices or embryo Po were chosen for this treatment.Meantime,the pattern of life,balance of work and rest,and mental relaxation were also considered.Treatment time from fifteen days to three months was identified as an observation period.Results Total effective rate led to 98.4% among the returning visit 63 cases when treatment with Vitamine E and placenta tablets,of which 40 people were successfully pregnant.Conclusion Vitamine E and placenta tablets,along with the proper patterns of life,could be adopted for treating PCO,hyperandrogenism and PCOS in women.
