摘要 羟基酪醇(Hydroxytyrosol,HT)化学名3,4-二羟基苯乙醇,具有很强的抗氧化活性,主要以酯类的形式存在于橄榄的果实和枝叶中。HT具有多方面的生物活性。本文就近年来国内外对羟基酪醇在抗癌、抗血栓、调血脂和抗动脉硬化、抗病原微生物、防治视网膜黄斑变性、保护软骨和抗骨质疏松及其他保健作用等方面的药理作用及其机制研究进行综述。 The Hydroxytyrosol′s chemical name is 3,4-Dihydroxyphenylethanol which mainly presents in olives leaves and fruits as esters and it provides an exceptional antioxidative activity.The Hydroxytyrosol has many biological activities.Combined with domestic and foreign research,its pharmacological activity and mechanism will be introduced in this paper,including anti-cancer,anti-cardiovascular diseases,anti-microbial,protecting retinal pigment epithelial cells,anti-osteoporosis and so on.
