摘要 试验选用异丁醇醚化的三聚氰胺甲醛树脂分别与醇酸树脂、环氧树脂和丙烯酸树脂进行复配制漆,对这3类氨基涂料综合性能进行了考察。试验表明,当与醇酸树脂复配时树脂配比为1∶3、溶剂用量在6%~10%时涂膜性能较好;与环氧树脂复配时树脂配比为3∶1时涂膜性能最佳,添加萘酸钙催干效果较好;与含羟基丙烯酸树脂复配时树脂配比为1∶3时涂膜性能最佳。 Through applying i-butylated melamine-formaldehyde resin with alkyd resin, epoxy resin and acrylic resin at different mixture ratio to formulate coatings, the tests mainly analyze the comprehensive perfbrmances of the three kinds of melamine coatings. The test results prove that when the mixture ratio of i-butylated melamine-formaldehyde resin and alkyd resin at 1 : 3, the solvent consumption among 6%- 10%, the coatings film performance is better. When the mixture ratio of i-butylated melamine-formaldehyde resin and epoxy resin at 3 : 1, the coatings film performance is better while adding calcium naphthenatc as dryer. When the mixture ratio of i-butylated melamine-formaldehyde resin and acrylic resin (including hydroxyl group) at 1 : 3, the coatings film performance is worse.
