摘要
目的：优化大血藤中总皂苷的提取工艺。方法：采用L_9（3~3）正交试验设计,以大血藤中总皂苷为指标,考察提取溶剂,温度,料液比三因素对大血藤提取效率的影响。结果：以70%乙醇,温度50℃,料液比为1：30为提取条件,提取总皂苷的产量最高。
Objective：To optimize the extraction technology of total saponin in Sargenlodoxa cuneata.Method：Orthogonal design L_9（3~3）was used to screen the optimal extraction technology.The extraction solvent,temperature and solvent/feed ratio were confirmed as the factors,and total saponin was determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry.Result：The optima]extraction conditions of total saponin were as follows;70%ethanol,50℃and solvent/feed ratio of 1：30.Conclusion：The technology is reasonable and practicable, and can be used in the further research of Sargentodoxa cuneata.
