RP-HPLC法测定肝康片中人参皂苷Rg_1和人参皂苷Re的含量

Determination of Ginsenoside Rg,and Re in Gankang Tablets by RP-HPLC

目的:建立HPLC法测定肝康片中人参皂苷Rg_1和人参皂苷Re含量。方法:采用Diamonsil C_(18)柱(250 mm×4.6 nlm,5μm),以乙腈:0.05%磷酸(20:80)为流动相,检测波长:203 nm,流速1.0 ml·min^(-1)。结果:人参皂苷Rg_1、人参皂苷Re分别在0.424～4.24μg(r=0.999 9,n=5),0.964～9.64μg(r=0.999 7,n=5)范围内线性关系良好,平均加样回收率分别为99.92%(RSD=1.91%)和100.20%(RSD=1.83%)。结论:本法操作简便、结果准确、灵敏度高、重复性好,可用于肝康片中人参皂苷Rg_1和人参皂苷Re含量控制。

Objective：To analyze the content of ginsenoside Rg, Re in Gankang tablets.Method：A Diamonsil C_（18）,column（5μm,250×4.6 mm） was used.The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.05%phosphoric acid（20：80）.The detection wavelength was 203 nm.Result：The linear range of ginsenoside Rg,and ginsenoside Re was 0.424-4.24μg（r =0.999 9,n =5） and 0.964-9.64μg（r =0.999 7,n =5） with average recovery of 99.92%（RSD = 1.91%） and 100.20%（RSD = 1.83%）.respectively.Conclusion： The method is simple,reliable and stable,and can be used in the quality control of Gankang tablets.
