苦丁茶冬青对2型糖尿病患者血糖、血脂及血液流变学影响的临床研究

Clinical Study on the Effects of Ilex Kudingcha on Blood Glucose,Lipids and Hemorheology in the Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

目的:研究苦丁茶冬青对2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者血糖与血液流变学的影响。方法:54例T2DM患者随机分为2组,对照组26例给予盐酸二甲双胍1.5 g·d^(-1)治疗,治疗组28例给予盐酸二甲双胍1.5 g·d^(-1)+苦丁茶提取液10 ml,bid。共30 d。观察苦丁茶对T2DM患者治疗前后胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、空腹血糖(FBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)水平以及糖耐量、血液流变学的影响。结果:30 d后,苦丁茶更能显著调节T2DM患者的血脂、血糖各项指标,且治疗后患者糖耐量、血液流变学指标均显著改善(P<0.05),与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。血糖>7.0 mm0l·L^(-1)的病例中,治疗组1例(3.6%),对照组3例(11.5%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:苦丁茶冬青可显著调节T2DM患者的各项指标和临床症状,疗效明显。

Objective：To observe the chnical effects of Ilex kudingcha in the patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus（T2DM） and explore the mechanism.Method：Totally 54 patients with T2DM were randomly divided into the treatment group（n =28） and the control group（n = 26）.All patients stopped taking other glucose - lowing medications for 7d before the treatment.The control group was treated with metformin hydrochloride with the dosage of 1.5 g · d～＇.The treatment group was administered 10ml Ilex kudingcha leaf extracts twice per day combined with metformin hydrochloride for 30 days.The changes in TC,TG,HDL-C,FBG,HbAlc,oral glucose tolerance and hemorheology were detected before and after the treatment.Result：In comparison with the control group,intragastric administration of Ilex kudingcha in the patients with T2DM could improve the syndromes of hyperglycemia（P 0.05）.The biochemical indices in the treatment group were significantly different compared with those in the control group（P 0.05）.In addition, the incidence of GLU 7.0 mmol· L^（-1） in the treatment group was significantly lower（3.6%） than that in the control group （11.5%）（P0.05）.Conclusion：Ilex kudingcha has significant effects on the indices and the clinical symptoms of the patients with T2DM.
