HPLC法测定桃红丸中羟基红花黄色素A的含量

Determination of Hydroxysafflor Yellew A in Taohong Pills by HPLC

目的:采用HPLC法测定羟基红花黄色素A的含量方法:以Diamonsil C_(18)(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱分离,甲醇0.5%磷酸水溶液(25:75)为流动相进行洗脱,流速为1.0 ml·min^(-1),检测波长为403 nm;柱温为25℃。结果:羟基红花黄色素A在20.44～245.28μg·ml^(-1)(r=1.000 0)范围内质量浓度与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,其平均回收率为99.58%(RSD=1.20%,n=9)。结论:本方法简便、灵敏。

Objective：To establish a method for the determination of hydroxysafflor yeilew A in Taohong pills hy HPLC.Method： The HPLC separation of hydroxysafflor yeilew A was performed on a Diamonsil C_（18） column（150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）,the mobile phase consisted of methanol and 0.5%phosphoric acid solution（25：75）,the flow rate was 1.0 ml · min^（-1）,the detection wavelength was 403 nm,and the column temperature was at 25℃.Result：The linear range of hydroxysafflor yeilew A was 20.44-245.28μg· ml^（-1）（r=1.000 0）,and the average recovery was 99.58%with RSD of 1.20%（n= 9）.Conclusion：The method is simple and sensitive with good reproducibility.
