Sol gel Synthesis and Gas Sensitivity of SnO 2 Nanocrystalline Material

采用溶胶 -凝胶法制备出 Sn O2 纳米晶材料 .经 X光衍射和透射电镜研究表明 ,该材料具有金红石结构 ,晶粒为球形 ,粒径约 4nm.气敏特性研究表明 。

SnO 2 nanocrystalline materials were synthesized by using sol gel method. The XRD and TEM analysis results show that it has rutile structure with spherical grains, and its grain size is around 4 nm. The further study on its gas sensitivity demonstrates that it has a good sensitivity to ethanol.
