摘要 全球氦市场价格与供应主要取决于美国的氦产量、价格和政策,而近期美国将氦核定为战略储备资源,限制粗氦产量,频频提高氦价格,并实行定额供应措施,对我国大量用氦的科学仪器装置以及科研项目造成重大危害。面临严峻形势,全面掌握氦供应紧缺对科学仪器与科研项目的影响,进行前瞻性部署,并制定合理可行的对策,显得相当重要而且迫在眉睫。 Global helium market price and supply mainly depends on American helium production, price and poli- cies. However, American determing helium as a strategic reserve of resources, limiting the production of crude heli- um, frequently increasing the price of helium, and carrying out a fixed supply measures recently, caused a significant harm on Chinese scientific instruments and research projects which need a large lumber of helium. Facing this severe situation, it is very important and urgent that we should completely master the infection of the shortage of helium for scientific instruments and scientific research projects, make prospective deployment and constitute reasonable and feasible countermeasure.
