农业机械化发展战略研究——基于玉米机械专利分析角度

Research on Agricultural Machinery Modernization development strategic——Based on Corn Harvester Technology Patent Analysis

利用专利分析法对国内外玉米收获机相关专利进行了比较和分析。研究表明,国外玉米收获机专利申请速度趋缓并进入衰退期,国内申请进入高速发展期;脱粒、防堵及耐磨涂层等新材料、新技术正进入新一轮技术成长期,但中美两国技术研发各有侧重;国外收获机技术稳定性较强,而我国则刚刚起步;跨国公司专利技术垄断性很强,我国企业国际地位相对缺失;国际玉米收获机生产与研发集中在美国、德国和中国,国内集中在山东省。最后提出关于促进农业机械化创新与发展的我国玉米收获机的相关发展建议。

In this paper, corn harvester patents at home and abroad were analyzed with patent analysis. The re- sults show that the patent applications of corn harvester at abroad have slowed down and entered into a recession, but inversely in China. New materials and technology is entering a new round of technological growth, such as threshing,~ anti--blocking mechanism and wear--resistant coating. However, research emphasis is significantly dif- ferent： between America and China. Foreign harvester technology has strong stability and Chinas is still in its infan- cy. Patent technology monopolization, occupied by transnational corporation, is relatively scarce for Chinese enter- prises. At present, the corn harvester center of international production and R ~ D is located in America, Germany and China, and Shandong Province is the center for Chinese. Finally, the paper puts forward some relevant sugges- tions on how to develop corn harvester technology and how to promote the innovation and development of Agricul- tural Mechanization in our country.
