工作与生活的平衡是科技创新人才人力资源开发不可回避的重要课题。中国式EAP丰富了人力资源管理的时代内涵,开辟了工作与生活平衡的崭新视角,具有发展等直接功能和凝聚等间接功能,通过EAP的价值激励、成长激励、减压激励和人文激励,能形成促进科技创新人才工作生活平衡的内在长效机制。
