摘要
现代科技型企业的竞争致使各类企业需要面对压力和挑战剧增的生存环境,针对智力密集型的科技型企业如何有效地管理人力资源,最大限度的利用与开发好有限的人力资源,通过人力资源管理有效采取策略,建立起与科技型企业战略相配套的战略人力资源管理体系,已成为科技型企业发展的重要战略目标。提出了科技型企业人力资源管理体系的构建机制,旨在提出一种依靠人力资源管理提高科技型企业效益的方法。
