摘要
测度了科技投入绩效、制度环境对碳排放强度的影响方向、程度和地域差异。结果表明,在全国层面上,1997～2009年我国碳排放强度与科技投入绩效之间存在正向关系。在经济区域层面上,科技投入绩效、制度环境对碳排放强度之间存在显著的负相关关系。
This paper measures the influence direction, degree and regional differences of the investment in sci- ence and technology performance, the system environment on carbon emissions intensity. The results show that, in the national level, from 1997 to 2009 years, our country has positive relationship between ca：＇bon emissions intensity and Science and techn010gy input performance; in the regional economic level, between the investment in science and technology performance to the system environment on carbon emissions intensity are obviously negative.
