浅谈湖南省永州市冷水滩区耕地保护成效

Arable Land Conservation Effects in Leng-shui-tan Region in Yongzhou City,Hunan Province

文章通过分析节约集约用地的现实状况,实地调查和统计分析永州市冷水滩区耕地数量变化以及耕地保护中存在的实际问题,阐述了冷水滩区耕地保护的实际成效,明确了耕地保护的必要性和重要性以及保护耕地的现实意义。耕地保护的问题不仅存在于冷水滩区各个乡镇,还广泛存在于永州市下辖各区域。因此,如何在全市范围内建立一个有效的耕地保护体制,将是今后很长一段时间内的工作重点。

This article analysis realistic environment of saving and using land,make investigation and statistical data of the change of cultivated land in Lengshuitan district of Yongzhou so as to making clear the practical problem of this area.At the same time this article elaborate actual effect of farmland protection in Lengshuitan district and clarifiy the necessity,realistic significance and importance of cultivated land protection.Cultivated land protection problems exist not only in the area of villages and towns belongs to Lengshuitan distrct,also exists in so many regions which belongs to Yongzhou.Therefore,it will be a long time work to establish a effective cultivated land protection system and obviously it＇s a very critical thing to focus on.
