城市地下空间土地使用权的使用研究

The Use of Study Land Use Right in Urban Underground Space

随着中国社会经济发展水平和城市化水平不断提高,土地资源需求日渐增大,土地供需矛盾日益凸显,对城市地下空间的开发规模日益扩大,而相应的城市地下空间土地使用权使用尚未规范化、法制化和科学化。因此,文章从目前地下空间开发利用实践出发,对城市地下空间土地使用权的界定、城市地下空间土地使用权使用类型、城市地下空间土地使用权的使用等方面进行探讨。

With the continuous improvement of the level of China＇s socio-economic development and urbanization,the demand of land resources,the contradiction between supply and demand of land resources has been increasing,and the urban underground space development scale has been expanding gradually,while the corresponding utilization of underground space rights of land use has not been standardized,legalized and scientific.Therefore,in this paper,the definition of urban underground space rights of land use,the type of utilization of urban underground space rights of the land use,urban underground space of use right of land use and so on were discussed from the point of the current practice and situation of development and utilization of underground space.
