摘要
文中建立一种测定蜂胶制品中总黄酮的方法。试验样品溶液经过聚酰胺粉吸附,真空泵抽滤处理后用亚硝酸钠-硝酸铝-氢氧化钠做显色剂,以芦丁为对照品,用分光光度法于波长510 nm处测定蜂胶中总黄酮的含量。经过T检验分析表明,该方法和国家标准《GB/T20574-2006蜂胶中总黄酮含量的测定方法分光光度比色法》无显著性差异,但准确度和精密度高。该方法更适用于蜂胶胶囊等脂溶性样品中总黄酮的测定。
This paper introduces a new content determination method of total flavonoids in propolis products. The test solution goes through polyamide powder absorption and vacuum extraction-filtering treatment, then, with sodium nitrite-aluminium nitrite-sodium hydroxide as the chromogenic agent and rutin the reference substance, detects the to- tal flavonoids in propolis at a wavelength of 510 nm by spectrophotometry. T test analysis shows that there is no significant difference between this method and the method of National Standard 〈 GB/T20574-2006 determination of total flavonoids in propolis 〉 , and it is proved to be highly accurate and precise. This method is more suitable for determination of total flavonoids in propolis capsules and other liponhilic samnles.
