摘要
应用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定了 3 3名新生儿脐血清中 1 7种微量元素 (铁、铜、锰、锌、钴、钼、硒、铬、锡、钒、硅、镍、镉、铅、锶、钛、铝 )及 3种常量元素 (钙、磷、镁 )的含量。结果表明 ,新生儿脐血清微量元素性别分布接近 ,仅女婴血清铬、钒高于男婴 ,但地区差异明显 ,城镇新生儿脐血清中锰、锌、锶、钛、钙较高 ,而钼、硒、铬、铝较低。多元回归分析显示 ,血清元素铁、锰、锌、硒、硅、锶、钙被引入新生儿体重和发育评分的回归方程。
Seventeen trace elements and three normal elements in serum of 33 neonatal infants cord blood were analysed by ICP-AES.The results showed that the majority of the elements of male infants had the similar content to that of female infants,but the serum Cr, V content was higher in the males than that in the females.There exists significant differences among different areas.The serum Mn,Zn,Sr,Ti,Ca content was higer in the urban area than that of infants in the rural area while Mo,Se,Cr,Al was lower .Poly factor regression analysis suggested that serum Fe,Mn,Zn,Se,Si,Sr,Ca were the main influential factors of neonatal infants weight and recovery score.
