Determination of organophosphorus pesticides in beef and pork by matrix solid phase dispersion-high performance liquid chromatography

摘要 目的:建立了牛肉和猪肉中3种有机磷类农药基质固相分散-高效液相色谱分析方法。方法:样品经基质固相分散装柱,乙腈-水(20:80,v/v)洗脱净化,浓缩后C18分离分析,高效液相色谱紫外检测。结果:检测条件下,3种农药线性良好,线性相关系数大于0.9959,对牛肉和猪肉加标1.0μg/kg、5.0μg/kg和10.0μg/kg三水平,平均回收率在82.2%~100.9%,变异系数小于7.8%,方法的最低检测限0.03~0.08μg/kg。结论:该方法可以满足实际样品的分析和食品安全控制。 Method based on matrix solid phase dispersion coupled to high performance liquid chromatography with ultraviolet detection was developed for the simultaneous determination of the three organophosphorus pesticides in beef and pork. The samples were extracted by matrix solid phase dispersion with acetonitrile -water(20:80, v/v), The analytes were separated and detected by HPLC -UV. Result: Spiked beef and pork 1.0 g/kg, 5.0 ? g/kg and 10.0 Ixg/kg. The method was validated and yielded recovery values between 82.2 % and 100.9 % and precision values, expressed as relative standard deviations ( RSD), which were less than or equal to 7.8 %, Linearity was good and greater than 0.9959 , and the limits of detection of the OPPs were in the range of 0.03 - 0.08 ~g/kg. Thus. the method is satisfactorily applied to the analysis of real samples and is recommended for food control.
