摘要
目的:对八角金盘花、金莲花和罗汉果花的精油进行了抗菌活性研究。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取三种花的精油,用平板打孔法测试花精油的抗菌活性。结果:三种花的精油对枯草芽孢杆菌均有抑制作用;金莲花的精油还对金黄色葡萄球菌、藤黄微球菌有抑制作用。结论:三种花的精油都有一定的抗菌活性。
Objective:To study the Chinese gold plate flowers,flowers and flower of siraitia grosvenorii essential oil on the antibacterial activity.Methods:The steam distillation extraction is used for obtaining the flower essential oil of three kinds of flowers,and with plate punching method to test flower essential oil of antimicrobial activity.Results:Three floricultural essential oil to bacillus subtilis are inhibition;The oil of essence of Chinese globeflower flower of staphylococcus aureus,gambogic micrococcus have inhibition.Conclusion:Three floricultural essential oil has certain antibacterial activity.
