家禽蛋不同部位中微量元素含量的测定 被引量:6

Determination of the Content of Trace Elements in Different Parts of Poultry Eggs

摘要 用混酸V(浓硫酸)+V(浓硝酸)=1+3消解样品,火焰原子吸收光谱法测定了鸡、鸭、鹅3种家禽蛋中Ca、Mg、Fe、Zn、Mn、Cu的含量。结果表明,3种家禽蛋中均含有丰富的微量元素,不同家禽蛋中相关部位微量元素含量有明显差异,除Mg元素外,蛋黄中各微量元素含量明显高于蛋清中含量;测定方法的RSD<1.98%,回收率在94.85%~106.9%之间。 The samples were treated by concentrated sulfuric acid and concentrated nitric acid (1 + 3 ) digestion and the content of Ca, Mg, Fe and Zn in, Mn and Cu in three kinds of eggs of chickens, ducks, geese, was determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. The results showed that in three kinds of poultry eggs are rich in trace elements, the relevant parts of the trace element content were significantly different in the eggs of different parts. In addition to the Mg element, egg yolks, various trace elements were significantly higher than in egg white content. RSD of determined method 〈 2.0%, recovery rate of 94. 85% - 106.9%.
