The Correlation between Cotton Fiber Micronaire Value and Maturity Coefficient

棉纤维的马克隆值是棉纤维重要的质量检验指标 ,国标GB1103—1999已把马克隆值作为检验指标 ,而棉纤维的成熟系数是影响棉纤维质量和性能的重要因素。本文对不同产地、不同品级的棉纤维进行采样 ,分别测试其成熟系数和马克隆值 ,并分析探讨了棉纤维成熟系数与马克隆值间显著且稳定的线性关系。

Cotton fiber Micronaire value is an important quality index ,and the national standard GB1103—1999 has taken cotton fiber Micronaire value as a testing index. The cotton maturity coefficient is an important factor in affecting cotton quality and function .By testing maturity coefficient and Micronaire value of sample cotton fiber with various grades from different producing areas ,this article has analysed the correlation between cotton fiber maturity cofficient and Micronaire value and has discovered that the relationship is that of significant and steady linearity,and that Micronaire value has corresponding correlation with reference index of maturity coefficient.
