摘要
介绍了一种含有反应性活性基团无醛固色剂GQ -600的合成方法 ,并测试了其在直接染料上的应用性能。结果表明 ,固色剂GQ -600固色的织物颜色深、艳 ,色光变化小 ,湿摩擦牢度可提高0.5到1级。GQ -600不含甲醛 ,不含重金属离子 ,属于环保型产品。
The synthesis of GQ-600, a reactive formaldehyde-free color fixing agent, and its application performance in fabrics with direct dyes are presented. The results have showed that the fabrics fixed by GQ-600 show deep, fresh and leveled colors with little shade change, and wet friction fastness can be improved by grade 0.5 to grade 1. GQ-600 doesn't contain formaldehyde nor hevy metal ion,and it is a product to protect environment.
