摘要
目前国内的高解析喷码机大多数采用单片机控制,其研究现状无法满足现实生产的需要。系统以ARM9系列的S3C2440为核心搭建硬件电路控制喷头,喷头选用的是XAAR公司的XJ128。电路中采用光电编码器来检测待喷物体的速度,并将速度反馈给主处理器从而实现了对喷头喷印速度的自动调节。此外,还介绍了编码器和SPI驱动程序的编程思想。最后对搭建的硬件系统进行了测试,系统能够满足喷码机高性能的要求,达到了设计的要求。
Current domestic high-resolution inkjet printer,mostly controlled by single chip microcomputer,cannot satisfy the needs of the production. The system set up the hardware circuit of S3C2440 of ARM9 series as the core to control the nozzle-XJ128 ,which is from the XAAR Company. Optical encoder is used to detect the speed of the object which is then feedback to the host processor to achieve the automatic adjustment of the nozzle jet speed. In addition,this article introduces the encoder and SPI programming ideas. Lastly, testing the hardware circuit, the system can meet the requirement of high performance of the high resolution inkier printer,achieves the design requirement.
