摘要
在减速机测试系统中,直接用测试数据绘制减速机的特性曲线,曲线上叠加有周期性干扰信号,无法反映减速机的性能。分析干扰源为测试平台的工装误差所引起的机械振动,提出了利用一阶滞后滤波处理测试数据的方法。通过调节一阶滞后滤波器的系数,改变滤波器的特性,有效地消除了测试数据的扰动,绘制出平滑的产品特性曲线。实践证明,采用一阶滞后滤波可以滤除甚低频干扰信号,可以解决硬件部分无法解决的问题。
Draw the characteristic curve of the reducer test system, the direct use of the test data, periodic interference signal superimposed on the curve, and can not reflect the performance of the reducer. Analysis of the interference source is a test platform tooling error caused by mechanical vibrations,and proposed a method of processing the test data using a first order lag filter. By adjusting the coefficient of the first order lag filter,changing the characteristics of the filter to effectively eliminate the disturbance of the test data,a smooth product characteristic curve is drawn. Practice has proved that the first order lag filter can filter out very low frequency interference signals, can solve the problem cannot be solved by the hardware part.
