摘要
报道了离子微团簇在固体薄膜中飞秒量级停留时间的准确测定方法和关链技术 ,及其在研究微团簇与固体相互作用中的应用 .
The method and key technige for measuring the ion microcluster dwelltime in solid foil were dissussed and the dwelltims measured with femtoosecond acuracy were preaented.The application of this methods in the study of interaction of microcluster with solid was given.
