摘要
某大型钢结构工程中桩基位置偏离,须安装塔吊转换支撑桁架。为此,进行了塔吊支撑桁架的设计、验算以及ANSYS和MIDAS数值模拟分析,分析转换桁架和塔吊支撑桁架在工作情况和非工作情况下,节点水平位移、杆件应力比,验证其是否满足强度要求以及施工精度要求。通过对某大型钢结构工程中大型塔吊支撑的数值模拟后可知:承载的实际值与数值模拟的理论值相当接近。该方法可在类似大型塔吊支撑架的设计中推广运用。
In the large steel structure engineering, it must install crane support convert to support the truss because of the pile foundation position deviation, so the crane support truss was designed and checked through ANSYS and MIDAS numerical simulation analysis. By analyzing the node horizontal displacement and the bar stress ratio under the convert truss and crane supporting truss in a work situation or not, whether strength and construction accuracy satisfied the requirement was verified. Through the numerical simulation in a large steel structure project, the results showed that the actual load bearing value is in close to the theoretical value through numerical simulation, this method can be applicated and promoted in similar large crane supporting frame design.
