"滑屏电视"是一种可以实现音箱自动隐藏的概念电视。介绍了该款产品滑动机构的设计背景和设计过程,总结了齿轮齿条传动机构在平板电视整机应用过程中出现的问题及解决措施,为传动机构在未来的平板电视整机中的应用提供参考。
A slider panel TV is a flat panel TV in which the speaker can be driven to hide behind the TV panel automatically. The background and the design process of the project were presented. In the design of the TV, the speaker was driven by a gear rack transmit mechanism, where engineering problems nften occurred. Aiming at these problems, measures were proposed, whieh offer valuable reference for future similar designs.
