摘要
[目的]探讨红藤方联合促排卵治疗子宫内膜异位症(Endometriosis,EM)不孕患者的临床疗效。[方法]经腹腔镜手术确诊为EM的不孕患者60例随机分为红藤方组和对照组两组,促排卵指导同房,观察两组的临床疗效。[结果]与对照组比较,红藤方治疗组总有效率明显提高;排卵日A型和B型子宫内膜比率红藤方组较对照组明显提高,而LUFS的发生率红藤方组则比对照组明显减少,两者间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。红藤方组中临床妊娠8例,无流产;对照组临床妊娠4例,流产1例。[结论]红藤方联合促排卵治疗EM不孕患者不良反应小,可明显缓解临床症状,提高妊娠率,是一种疗效理想的方法。
[Objective] To study the clinical value of laparoscopic operation combined with HongTeng Recipe on endometriosis associated with infertility.[Methods]60 cases diagnosed as endometriosis（EM） associated with infertility who were undergone laparoscopic operations were divided into 2 groups at random,30 cases were treated with HongTeng Recipe group as the study group,another 30 cases as the control group.[Results] The total effective rate was significant higher in HongTeng Recipe group than that of the control grou（P〈0.05）.The pregnancy rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.[Conclusion] HongTeng therapy is an effective recipe in treating endometriosis associated with infertility.
