大鼠激素性股骨头坏死模型的行为学评价 被引量:1

摘要 [目的]研究激素性股骨头坏死(steroid-induced avascular necrosis of the femoral head,SANFH)动物模型的建立方法。[方法]将20只雄性Wistar大鼠随机分为空白对照组、模型组。采用甲基强地松龙联合大肠杆菌内毒素的方法诱导造成SANFH,对大鼠行为学观察6周后对其进行开场试验、自主活动水迷宫实验和抓力等行为学检测。[结果]与正常组相比,模型组大鼠在开场试验中的运动总距离明显减少,自主活动次数减少,在Morris水迷宫实验中平均速度减小,总活动距离延长,抓力显著降低。[结论]两组大鼠在行为学的改变,证明了甲基强地松龙联合大肠杆菌内毒素成功诱导SANFH大鼠模型,适用于SANFH的发病机制和治疗方法的进一步研究。 [Objective] To study the establishment of steroid-induced avascular necrosis of the femoral head(SANFH)model.[Method] Randomly divide 20 male Wistar rats into blank control and model groups.Take methylprednisolone combined with colon bacillus endotoxin to induce SANFH,observe rats behaviour for 6w,then make starting test,automatic activity water maze experiment and grabbing tests.[Result] Compared to normal group,in starting test,the rats in model group reduced much the total distance of activity,automatic activity times and average speed of Morris water maze experiment;the total activity distance was longer,and the grabbing strength reduced a lot.[Conclusion] The behaviouristics changes in both groups prove the SANFH rats model successfully induced with methylprednisolone and colon bacillus endotoxin is fit for its further study on pathogenesis and treatment of SANFH.
