三叶青是一种重要中药,其主要活性成分是黄酮类化合物,具有抗肿瘤、保肝、抗病毒、抗炎、调节免疫等药理作用,并基本无毒。随着对三叶青研究的不断深入,其药用价值的开发和利用将有着广阔的前景。现就三叶青的化学成分和药理作用研究作一综述,为今后进一步的研究提供资料依据。

Tetrastigmatis hems leyani is an important Chinese traditional medicine.Its main active ingredients are flavonoids.The main functions of tetrastigmatis hems leyani include anti-tumor,hepatoprotective,anti-viral,anti-inflammatory,regulation of immune and other pharmacological effects,besides that it is basially non-toxic.With the intensive research on tetrastigmatis hems leyani,the development and utilization of the medicinal value will have broad prospects.This article summarizes its chemical composition and pharmacological effects to provide information for further research.
