摘要 学校在学生评价中存在"办学特色、学生培养目标与学生评价不相匹配的现象",导致了评价的失当。文章以学校"小蚂蚁大智慧"的校本化学生评价改革为例,认为注重"评价主体的多样化与适切性"、"评价表达的儿童化与接受性"、"评价范围的情境化与广泛性"、"评价形式的多样化与激励性",就能实现以校为本的学生评价,从而促进办学特色的发展和学生培养目标的实现。 It is a phenomenon that school-running characteristics and student development goals do not match with student evaluation. It leads to the impropriety of the evaluation. I take "Small ants, big wisdom", school-based student evaluation reform, as an example. In my opinion, school-based student evaluation can be achieved through diversiform and appropriate evaluation subjects, childlike and acceptable evaluation expression, contextualized and universal evaluation scope, and various and incentive evaluation form. Finally, it will promote the development of school characteristics and the realization of student development goals.
