摘要
以红豆杉大树扦插枝条为材料进行扦插繁殖试验,结果表明:云南红豆杉扦插繁殖可行,插床蔽光度70%,插壤用碳渣、砂、红土配备,采用3~5毫米粗的一年生枝条,经过药剂处理,在75%~80%的湿度和20~22℃的温度条件下扦插,半年内可获得批量扦插苗。
