摘要
文章主要研究了基于数据驱动的PID自整定算法及软件实现问题,包括经典的辨识方法和PID整定算法研究、基于数据驱动的辨识方法和整定算法研究,以及基于数据驱动的PID自整定软件的实现。PID整定过程中现场有大量的操作数据存在着很多重要的频率特性,传统的PID整定技术以给定试验信号为基础,不能很好的利用这些历史数据,文章在介绍和分析经典PID整定技术的基础上,利用历史数据完成数据驱动辨识方法研究,以灵敏度为性能指标研究PID自整定算法,并通过OPC接口采集数据完成基于数据驱动的PID自整定软件实现。
This paper is mainly to study the data-driven PID self-tuning algorithm and software implementation, including the classical identification method, PID tuning algorithm, and the identification method and tuning algorithm based on data-driven, as well as the PID self-tuning software implementation based on data- driven. During PID tuning there is a lot of operating data existing a lot of important frequency characteristics, the previous tuning technologies which are based on a given test signal can not make good use of these historical data, this paper utilizes historical data to complete the research on data-driven identification method, and studies PID auto-tuning algorithm taking sensitivity as the performance target, at the end the implementation of PID self-tuning software based on data-driven is completed through collectin~ data via the OPC interface.
