摘要
采用β射线对聚苯醚(PPO)进行预辐照,以产生的PPO大分子过氧化物作引发剂,利用反应挤出接枝法,将功能单体丙烯酸(AA)和马来酸酐(MAH)分别接枝到PPO分子链上,制备AA接枝PPO(PPO-g-AA)和MAH接枝PPO(PPO-g-MAH)。接枝率为0.22%的PPO-g-AA,接触角为78.42°;接枝率为0.38%的PPO-g-MAH,接触角为64.28°;接枝率越大,接枝共聚物的润湿性就越好。接枝共聚物与PPO的熔融温度均为262℃,接枝率为0.28%的PPO-g-AA与PPO的拉伸强度均为130 MPa,接枝率为0.32%的PPO-g-MAH拉伸强度为128 MPa。在高频区,PP-g-MAH的复数黏度、储能模量以及损耗模量均大于PPO。
Maleic anhydride(MAH) grafted polyphenylene oxide(PPO)(PPO-g-MAH) and acrylic acid(AA)grafted PPO(PPO-g-AA) were prepared via reactive extrusion with PPO macromolecular peroxide as an initiatior which prepared by β-ray pre-irradiation method.The contact angles of PPO-g-AA with grafting ratio of 0.22% and PPO-g-MAH with grafting ratio of 0.38% are 78.42°and 64.28°,respectively.The higher the grafting ratio of the graft copolymer is,the better the wettability is.PPO and its graft copolymers have the same melt temperature of 262 ℃.The tensile strength of PPO and PPO-g-AA with grafting ratio of 0.28% were both 130 MPa,the tensile strength of PPO-g-MAH with grafting ratio of 0.32% is 128 MPa.The storage modulus,loss modulus and complex viscosity of PP-g-MAH are higher than those of PPO in high frequency zone.
