煤与污泥混合物燃烧特性与动力学研究 被引量:6

Research on Co-combustion Characteristics and Reaction Kinetics of Sewage Sludge and Coal

摘要 选取煤与污泥的混合物进行热分析,结合TG、DTG、DSC曲线进行数据分析。结果表明污泥燃烧有两个失重峰,并且第一阶段放热滞后失重,其他试样二者具有同步性。煤中掺混污泥,着火燃尽特性得到改善,综合燃烧特性指数降低。混合物的燃烧动力学特性与污泥和煤密切相关,混合物中煤和污泥在燃烧过程中各自保持其相对的独立性。 A chosen sludge co-combusted with one coal with different mixing ratios was studied by thermal analysis method.Based on TG,DTG and DSC,the data analysis was carried out.The results showed that dried sludge had two weight loss peaks while the coal sample had one.At the first combustion stage of sewage sludge,there was a heat release delay compared with loss peak.The ignition and burnout performance of coal could be improved by blending with dried sludge while comprehensive combustion characteristic index declines.Co-combustion reaction kinetics of blends is closely related to the sewage sludge.At the same time,the coal and sewage sludge keeps its own combustion characteristics.
