摘要
针对贵溪电厂600 MW超临界四墙切圆燃煤锅炉炉内左右两侧烟温偏差过大问题进行了数值模拟和试验研究。通过调整二次风和SOFA风风门开度,可以有效降低炉内两侧的烟温偏差,提高了锅炉运行的安全性和经济性。并对试验结果和模拟结果进行了综合分析,提出了较优的运行方式。
The numerical simulation and experimental studies on the left and right side Guixi Power Plant 600 MW supercritical four walls tangentially coal-fired boiler,but flue gas temperature deviation is too large.By adjusting the secondary air and the SOFA air damper opening,it can effectively reduce the furnace on both sides of the flue gas temperature deviation,this improves the safety and economy of the boiler operation.And conducting a comprehensive analysis of test results and simulation results,proposing optimum operating mode.
