摘要 扫描电化学显微镜(Scanning electrochemical microscopy SECM)是一门电化学现场检测新技术,已经广泛应用于异相电子转移反应,吸、脱附过程,腐蚀过程、单细胞检测和液/液界面电子转移研究.本文就SECM的工作原理、操作模式和在界面分析中的应用做一简要综述. Scanning Electrochemical Microscopy (SECM) is a new on-time detecting technology in electrochemical field, and this instrument has been widely used in heterogeneous electron transfer, absorption/desorption process, the corrosion process, single-cell dectection and charge transfer on liquid/liquid interface. In the paper, the SECM was introduced on working principle, modes of operation about SECM and some prospects on interface analysis about SECM were reviewed.
