摘要
Fischer投影式是分子空间构型的表示方法,Newman投影式是分子构象的表示方法.Fischer投影式和Newman投影式的表达、应用以及相互转换是大专院校化学化工专业学生应熟练掌握的知识内容.但是由于缺乏空间想象能力,初学者颇感困惑.本文提供了一种简便的Fischer投影式和Newman投影式间的相互转换方法,并将此转换方法用于加成反应、消除反应等经典反应的立体构型阐述中.
Fischer projection is an important expression of molecular configuration, Newman projection is an expression of molecular conformation. The transformation between Fischer Projection and Newman Projection should be mastered and used skillfully by students to solve stereo chemical problem. But it is too difficult for them to understand and grasp due to lacking of three-dimensional space imagination. A convenient method for transforming between Fischer projection and Newman projection is shown in this paper. It provides an easy way to make transformation between these two projections. And it also helps students to understand some important organic mechanism.
